The Convocate Hall was located within the Capital City of the Chiss Ascendancy, on Csilla, and was used as the meeting location of the Syndicure. Over the years this has taken different forms, either as a Parliament or under the oversight of the Aristocra themselves. Today with the installation of the 7th Chiss Ascendancy, Convocate Hall is the meeting place of both the Syndicure and the Council of Families.
As outlined in the articles adopted by the 7th Chiss Ascendancy, the Syndicure administrate and oversee the development of the Chiss Ascendancy, the government and ruling authority of Chiss Space. The Aristocra on the otherhand form the Council of Families. This Council is designed to oversee the wider Chiss Community, many of whom have left their ancestral homeland and established new lives elsewhere. Combined both bodies represent the entirety of the Chiss people. Separately they operate as a partnership to help repatriate Chiss who want to return to their home, now free of foreign governance.
